  • Heavy Milk 1 litre


  • Lemon 1

Directions

  • Boil Milk 1 litre in a pan
  • Once milk is boiled add 1 lemon juice to it
  • Keep stirring till the milk curdles
  • Now you can see milk shred is seperated
  • Use clean cloth and Drain the excess water
  • Add some water and wash to get rid of lemon smell
  • Collect the milk shred in a clean cloth
  • Place q weight on Top of cloth and leave for 2 hours
  • After 2 hours you can find very soft and spongy Homemade Paneer ready
